South Jersey is looking forward to offering business lending to their membership and the community of business owners, commercial realtors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, developers, builders and investors.
njBIZloan Connection has created a statewide commercial and member business lending service for business owners, investors and not for profits. njBIZloan’s credit union referral program (RCU) creates a structured method for credit unions to find and refer business/commercial loans to lead lenders (LCU) in the program. Additionally, there is an opportunity to buy/sell participations (PCU).
